The laundry shop in front of the hotel was a big bonus, allowing me to easily take care of my laundry during my 11-day trip. The amenities provided, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe, added to the comfort and convenience of my stay. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and the breakfast served every morning was delicious and varied.

The manager was fluent in multiple languages and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The location was perfect, with the main tourist street and a fisherman's dock just a stone's throw away.

We also appreciated the free use of the cappuccino machine for Galapagos coffee, as well as the tea and cookies provided for snacking. the service, comfort, and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!
